Moving Meditations with Helen Kindred | Thu 19:00-20:00 BST
These sessions are led by Helen Kindred as calm, verbally guided meditations through the body. The invitation is to move as much or as little as you feel, some people bring blankets and simply rest, listen and visualise, others move through the suggestions that are offered as invitations to investigate the body gently in motion - all is fine.
Sessions are open to all, no experience necessary.
