A 45-minute guided improvisation progressively easing into, and exploring possibilities of body-space-environment in motion. Sessions are open to all, no experience necessary but a willingness to open your imagination and discover through your body is good! Sessions are led by Helen Kindred.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga | Sat 10 - 11:15am GMT
‘Vinyasa’ means ‘placing with awareness’. Classes are welcoming to everyone and an open level. I invite you to tune in to your breathing, to synchronise breath and movement as you flow through the postures and transitions. The classes include a short meditation, alignment of the asanas and dynamism of inversions in the safe practice and comfort of your home. The classes are designed to inspire you to focus your mind and build flexibility and strength.
Moving Meditations | Thu 8:00-9:00pm GMT
These sessions are led by Helen Kindred as calm, verbally guided meditations through the body. The invitation is to move as much or as little as you feel, some people bring blankets and simply rest, listen and visualise, others move through the suggestions that are offered as invitations to investigate the body gently in motion - all is fine.
Sessions are open to all, no experience necessary.
Peace, Joy and Love Ballet | Sat 3-4pm GMT (starting in September)
A ballet class for after you've done the Saturday shopping and before you go out on the town! Make a little room for some love.
