‘Vinyasa’ means ‘placing with awareness’. Classes are welcoming to everyone and an open level. I invite you to tune in to your breathing, to synchronise breath and movement as you flow through the postures and transitions. The classes include a short meditation, alignment of the asanas and dynamism of inversions in the safe practice and comfort of your home. The classes are designed to inspire you to focus your mind and build flexibility and strength.
